Austin’s unique journey into the Salesforce ecosystem has placed him in the ideal position to help others begin theirs. Starting his career in the insurance space as a licensed insurance agent he has experienced both the Sales and Services side of companies such as AAA and StateFarm. After transitioning into a more tech-focused role helping get Tesla Insurance off the ground, he found a passion for connecting companies with their customers through technology. Landing a job at Salesforce as an industry specialist Austin created trainings for partners, guiding them on how to best configure Salesforce products.
For the past year Austin has been working as a Sr. Salesforce Admin at a leading insurance brokerage enabling their agents to maximize their selling potential throughout the nation.
